Srithala With 10 years( 4 year salon,6 years academy) of hands-on experience as an allrounder (hair,skin, makeup ,nail artist and mehndi expert, combined with 6 years in academia, I have built my career at the intersection of beauty and education. As a Head of Department, I have had the privilege of training 800+ students, hosting 50+ workshops, and leading 10+ industrial visits to shape the industry's future talent. My journey includes four years as a Hair Technical Trainer at VLCC-India’s premier beauty and wellness institute-and I currently serve as the HOD and Hair/Nail Faculty at Naturals Beauty Academy. Today, I am channeling my experience and leadership into a new mission: building a brand-new, world-class school for beauty education.
